Everything you need to plan.

All event resources, layouts, vendor information, and logistics in one place.

Verified Vendors

Trusted partners across NWA.

All vendors are recommended by Arkade and Ledger, but not required. Arkade is a venue that loves hosting great events, though we aren't a full-service event venue ourselves. That's why we've built this network of trusted partners who know our space, our logistics, and our community. You're always welcome to bring your own.

FAQs

Common questions, answered.

Quick answers to the questions we hear most. If something isn't covered here, email events@arkaderetail.com.

Do I need to submit an event request, or can I just book a conference room?
It depends on the size and scope of your gathering. A group of 10 or more people in a common or shared space is an event and requires the event request form. That allows us to notify the building, coordinate with the events team, and let Arkade members know what's happening — all of which prevents overlap or misuse of the space. If you're hosting a smaller meeting — for example, a board meeting of 10–12 people inside a conference room, or a user group that fits in one room — you don't need to submit an event request. Just book the conference room directly through Joan.
Can I tour the space before submitting an event request?
Yes. Walking through Arkade in person is the best way to picture your event. Tours are coordinated by Alex Howland of Alex Victtoria Events — book a tour here. Alex will show you the space, walk through layouts and capacity options, and answer questions about what's possible.
What are the access hours for setup and breakdown?
The Ledger building opens at 7 a.m., which is the earliest your team or vendors can access the space under regular hours. If you need earlier or later access for setup or breakdown, we can often accommodate — request the timing in advance based on your event needs.
Are there special requirements for events that run past 5 p.m.?
Yes. After 5 p.m., the building shifts to after-hours mode and someone must remain on-site through the end of your event — either an Arkade staff member or a designated member of your event team. Confirm coverage during the booking process.
What should I know about building security?
The Ledger is a secure office building — elevators and doors are badge-accessible at all times. Because of that, every event requires coordination on guest access: how guests will be let in, who's escorting them, and how your vendors will load in. We'll partner with you on these details during the booking process so the event runs smoothly.
How do guests access the elevators?
Elevators in The Ledger are badge-controlled. For events, Ledger building staff unlock the elevators 15 minutes before your event start and re-lock them 30 minutes after the start time. Depending on your event, custom accommodations may be an option — let us know during booking.
Is parking provided for my event guests?
Arkade does not provide dedicated parking for events. We recommend accessible street parking, the Ledger Garage (2nd floor) after 5 p.m. and on weekends, or the nearby public lots — East Side Church Parking Lot, North Public Lot, and the Bentonville Public Library lot. For a full map and walking directions, see the Arkade Parking Guide or the Downtown Bentonville Parking Guide.
What is Arkade's alcohol policy?
Arkade doesn't maintain a formal alcohol policy beyond what state and federal law require. Alcohol can be served at your event as long as service complies with applicable Arkansas laws — typically that means coordinating with a licensed caterer or bartender who is responsible for service. Walk through your plans during the booking process and we'll help confirm what's needed.
Can I bring signage for my event?
Yes, within reason. For directional signage, Arkade has two standard A-frame signs with up/right/left arrows to direct attendees to the space. Organizers may use the double-sided 24″ × 36″ A-frames for custom printed inserts — you'll need to provide your own corrugated signage prints. If you'd like the signs out for your event, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance.
